Would suggest including info on mailparse, which is a stinking hard extension to compile. If they're having trouble, tell them to rename the mailparse.dll file to zmailparse.dll to make sure it loads after mbstring.dll. Otherwise, the extension will not load into apache on startup.

Also mailparse seems to have a bad installer on pecl - suggest using option 2 on this page: http://atmail.com/view_article.php?num=1940
