[edit] Simulator

To get to the Simulator, click on 'helpdesk setup' then the 'Simulator' tab.

The simulator allows you to simulate tickets, effectively allowing you to test the helpdesk without the need for a live mail system.

  • To Address: The address the mail should be 'delivered' to. This address must be associated with a group in Cerb4, as no emails will actually be sent!
  • Sample Data Flavor: You can pick the 'flavor' of email you'd like to simulate, eg: Spam, Web Hosting, etc.
  • How Many?: The number of emails to simulate.
