To get to Forum Explorer, click on 'helpdesk setup' then the 'Forum Explorer' tab.
The Forum Explorer allows you to browse your forum topics inside of Cerb4. You can use this functionality to assign 'topics' to workers in Cerb4, much like you would with tickets. For more information, see our Cookbook Recipe on Forum Explorer, or look at our Screen-by-Screen article on Activity -> Forums.
If you have added any forums, you will see a list of the forums you have added instead of 'no forums defined.'

- Treat these forum posters as helpdesk workers: Enter the names your workers post under on the forums, on per line, into this box.
[edit] Add Forum
- Name: The name of the forum.
- URL: The URL to the forum adapter for your forum software. Note: You can find forum adapters on our Plugin:Forum Explorer article.
- Secret Key: The value of the secret key defined in the forum adapter file.
