[edit] Features & Plugins

To get to Features & Plugins, click 'helpdesk setup' then the 'Features & Plugins' tab. Image:Helpdesk_Setup_--_Features_&_Plugins.png The Features & Plugins tab allows you to enable and disable plugins. Many plugins, when enabled, add additional tabs to 'helpdesk setup' for further configuration. Any tab with italic text is part of a plugin that can be disabled, and will disappear if you disable the corresponding plugin. The author of the plugin is displayed below the name of the plugin. To enable a plugin, simply check the box next to that plugin and hit the 'Save Changes' button.

Items with a green bar have been enabled. Items with a grey bar are disabled.
