Cerberus Helpdesk 4.0 (Cerb4)

Cerb4 is a low-hassle solution for teams that want to cooperatively manage high-volume e-mail accounts from a standard web browser. The project has canonized the best practices, and learned from the longest missteps, of over 6.5 years of e-mail management R&D to develop a system that's deeply rooted by usability and simplicity. The project has come full circle to realize that the best application isn't the one with the most features, but the one that doesn't lose sight of its intended purpose and audience. More than 20,000 organizations have installed Cerberus Helpdesk over the years, and the project today represents a fusion of the brightest feedback from that community and the vigilant custodianship of a dedicated development team.
