Plugin:Forum Explorer

From Cerberus Helpdesk Wiki

(Redirected from Forum Explorer (Plugin))
Jump to: navigation, search

The Forum Explorer plugin synchronizes with your various support forums (e.g. vBulletin, phpBB2) to allow you to stay on top of forum threads like tickets. This helps cover up the weak spots in traditional forum software that doesn't have a concept of tag-team support, assignments or 'mark read' for the entire team.

This plugin requires a small file to be deployed in your forums home directory to provide an XML gateway into the forums for the helpdesk. Otherwise you don't need to change anything.
