[edit] Sent Mail

Setting up a Sent Mail worklist is fairly simple. To begin, navigate to the 'Mail' tab.

Make sure that the 'Workflow' tab is selected. You can actually do this from the 'Overview' or 'Search' tabs as well, but we are using the 'Workflow' tab in this example.

Next, you want to click 'search'.

Once you've clicked search, the 'Search' tab will be selected, and some filters will be populated on the left side. You may want to remove some of the filters, depending on your personal preferences, though you probably want to leave the first two filters.

Below the Filters box, you'll notice a box for Add Filter. From the drop-down, select 'Last Action' and then check the box for 'Worker Reply' and hit 'Save Changes'.

Your filters list will end up looking something like this.

Now that we have our list of outgoing mail, you may be thinking 'that's a lot of work to go through to bring up a list of all sent mail', and you would be right! Thankfully, there's a powerfully used feature that isn't mentioned often. You can actually copy this search into a worklist so you can have quick access to it! Click on 'copy'.

Enter in a Worklist Name and select a workspace or add a new one, then click 'Save Changes'.

That's it! You now have a 'Sent Mail' worklist on the workspace you selected.
