Cerb4 also supports priority support. In fact, not only can you do priority support, but you can also import a list of email addresses/organizations from anywhere, and set a custom field on each contact/org in the list based on a field in the CSV file. This means you can export a list of all the people who have purchased a certain product and assign them a custom field which can then be used to determine whether they should have priority support or not. In this recipe we will be covering the steps required to setup priority support.
